To request unsuspension, please do the following :
1. Click on x10 link above
2. Click on Request unsuspension
3. Fill out form
4. Wait for staff to respond.
As a note, you posted : http://forums.x10hosting.com/suspended-accounts/52353-inactive-status.html and http://forums.x10hosting.com/free-hosting/52354-support-who-experienced-inactivity-account.html which got resolved by GamingX.
