hello my account was suspended but under it said that if i paid for the subscription i can not be suspended anymore. so i paid for the subscription but i'm still suspended

A phishing site is a page or group of pages intended to fraudulently gain sensitive information from people believing they are on the real site.

In a word, criminal fraud.

So, no. You will not be unsuspended.
