Resource Limit Exceeded !!

Hello ,
I am a user of X10hosting to host my website and now i am facing the problem by getting "Resource Limit Exceeded" page every time I hit my website.

Are there any solutions to rectify and overcome this. ?

The page will automatically go away after an hour. During this time, you should try to check what might be causing the high resource usage, such as a complex CMS plugin or poorly coded script.

Thanks for you response..
But you said something about the faulty codes and the excessive usage of plugins.
I am using a wordpress plugin and there can be no possibility of faulty codes to my knowledge and I haven't used more than two or three plugins in my site.
Apart from all those , mine is still a free hosting one and it has been 3 months since i have hosted here.

Could there be any other problems besides these ?
