Resource Limit Hit! 4 days and counting still unresolved.
Unable to access site whatsoever for more than 4 days now.
Can someone please fix this.

Why is it taking so long to fix an issue that we were asked to open tickets for.

Put through a ticket but you will be waiting days if not weeks for answer.
I have just begun redirecting to another host in the mean time.
