Resource Limit Hit! - Trying to understand how it works

Hi all,

fairly new here and just trying to understand how it works exactly when it comes to resource limits. I read the entire HRU policy and it states 300 Seconds is given to free accounts per hour. It also states I can check in the Cpanel for this information. I check there and I see the following. Which to me reads as only using 101.26 seconds but then on the other side it says average use of 0.46 seconds, not sure on the difference?

Nevermind, it looks like it updates AFTER the hour has passed.. so last hour i used almost 400 seconds for some odd reason... generally Im around 50-100, sometimes up to 150... strange! I'll keep an eye on it I guess!

And now its at the limit again.. I only had 1 very simple php script.. the rest is javscript which should run client side. So I removed the php script and will see if it stays stable after 5 PM.
