Resource Limit Hit!

i dont even do a lot and it always says This site has exceeded its resource limits for the past hour, web traffic has been restricted. Limits are reset every hour, please try back shortly.
i m not using any high scripts please help.. i was hoping to upgrade but i dont think i will now

The resource usage system is in place to ensure an account cannot monopolise more than its fair share of server resources. The limit is very generous, and 99% of our users have no problems with it. If you're hitting it regularly you're definitely exceeding your fair limit and will need to look at your scripts to try and make them more efficient. The limits are there for everyone and there are no exceptions. If you're still having trouble after examining your scripts, then you'll need to consider an upgrade to a package with a greater usage allowance.
