Resource Limit Hit

I have already read about a hundred other threads on this and none of them are pointing me to the right direction. Every five minutes, my site crashes. It says Resource Limit Hit.

Poorly coded scripts? NO, all scripts are good and they work everywhere else so I don't know why not here.

High Resource Usage Scripts? NO, getting some information from MySQL database is High Resource Usage? You might as well remove the database capabilities since even a small connection for very small amount of information is all too much load.

Time to upgrade? So if I don't pay for this service, the free one will annoy me by giving me an error every five minutes?

Please help me. I am tired of this error coming to me again and again.

There's no account linked to this particular username; what's the url of the site causing the limit hit problem? I want to look and see if I can see anything that's perhaps getting caught in an infinite loop or actually is intensive.
