Resource Limit: Over 12 hours Still Not Cleared

The title says everything. Please admins help. I've not received any visits today. My site is wordpress based. I haven't done anything that would warrant this limit. My CPU usage times are all under 150 seconds.

Ok I just saw it: 311.xx seconds for realtime usage. And I also read that running into resource usage limit regularly will result in a 24hr limit, instead of the usual 1hr. But this is just the first or second time I'm hitting the limit since this month. Anyway, it's free and I appreciate the service x10hosting is providing. And I'm gonna upgrade before this year runs out.
