resource usage suspension

I've already signed up to upgrade to Advanced hosting, but my free technocrat.x10hosting.com account has been suspended for resource usage.

How do I get this resolved quickly? You guys should have an upgrade/unsuspend button.

Post a suspended ticket, im not sure but resource usage can be a big problem and if you reach your 3rd time warning then your account will be terminated (from what I know). I suggest that you disable some scripts and find the cause of the problem in order to lower resource usage, otherwise this will continue!

This is his third suspension. An admin will have to unsuspend him.

Since you are upgrading, will escalate this.
