Responder stop working

Can someone please help with my autoresponder not connecting to MySQL! It has previously installed and worked, then, as of a couple of days ago it stopped connecting. I have not made any changes, so can you tell me it might be?

Look in the error log and post the errors coming from the cron or look in your main email account.

Thanks for the reply. That's the thing. I haven't set a cron job for it yet. It will not connect to the database now, for some reason. I have been able to send a couple of test emails, but now, I am unable to get back in because it will not connect to the database. On my end, I have not made any changes to the account. I can delete it and start over, but I wanted to atleast get an idea of why all of a sudden it stopped connecting.

Have you tried connecting to the database with your cpanel username and password ?

This account has been installed for the past 3 weeks. It worked up until a couple of days ago, with no changes on my end. Do you think includes() could have anything to do with the problem?

Sometimes the MySQL users get messed up. Try recreating the user.

Well Christopher, the last suggestion you made was the magic bullet. I have had so many problems getting scripts to work, that I did not want to start all over again if I did not have to. I followed your suggestion and it was as simple as you had implied. I did delete the user and create a new one, and it worked. I really appreciate the steps you saved me from starting all over again. Thanks again!!.....The problem has been solved!!!!
