Restore Deleted Website? (Please Help!)

Hi! I’m REALLY hoping someone can help me here. I used to manage a website using x10’s free hosting at the address http://spoonvshammer.x10host.com but due to some personal health and family issues, I wasn’t able to keep up with the login requirements or access the email account where the reminders and warnings were sent with any kind of regularity. It appears as though my entire website was deleted and I’m kind of in a panic as it represented a MASSIVE amount of work and was for a small artistic company that represents the effort of far more people than just myself. Is there any chance there is still an archived version that can still be restored even if it was on the free hosting server? I realize that despite my personal and health issues, it’s my fault for not having kept up with the login requirements but I’m hoping one of the admins might be willing to take pity on me given the unique circumstances and help me out.

It’s also very worth noting that the reason I attempted to login today was to upgrade to paid hosting which was on my to-do list for a while. If you search my forum history, you’ll find another thread started on May 23rd 2016, titled “Upgrade to Illuminated?” in which I inquire about paid plans and express my desire to upgrade to a paid plan, and proof that I’m not just saying this now in order to elicit a favour. My point is also that if it is possible to restore a backup of my site but only if I’m a paid hosting customer, that’s not a problem as that was my plan anyway. It’s also worth noting I also help administer the site http://soupcantheatre.x10.mx/ which has been hosted with your premium service for several years now so I’m definitely not someone just looking to take advantage of your generous free hosting.

FYI I haven’t re-signed up yet using the same address because I wasn’t sure if that would overwrite any potential backups of the previous site or cause other potential roadblocks to restoring the site, but if you advise that I should sign up again using the same address in order to be able to restore a backup, please let me know.

I really, sincerely appreciate anything you can do to help me restore this site. I’ve got my fingers very firmly crossed. Please let me know if there is any other information you need from me. Many thanks in advance!
