I was using another hosting facility (000webhost) who also use sitebuilder. I wanted to "move" my web site from them. The most recent sitebuilder file I had was a couple of years old (so maybe that's the issue); however, when I attempt to build a new web site in x10hosting by using Restore -> choose file... and selecting the sitebuilder file, it appears to load (the progress indicator at lower left shows loading) and appears to be successful; however, when the page refreshes in the cPanel SiteBuilder, nothing has changed. There is no error and can't figure out where to find out what the issue is.
Has anyone had issues restoring from a sitebuilder file?
