Restoring a backup...

I was using a host under different url. I was running a forum there. The cPanel was the same as this host uses. I used to make backups of the home directory and the MySQL database. Can I restore those backups into this hosting?

I would really appreciate if any MOD of Admin does it personally. In that case I can provide required info and files.

it took me like 3 tries before i got it... but u can restore ur backup
