Restoring a terminated service

Hello, for my volunteering work i created a website on your domain. Now i have to admit i dont check that email-adres enough and didnt see the termination notification of the website.

Now the website has been terminated, is there a possibility to restore it. I am planning to buy the premium packet so this doesnt happen anymore.

ps. my pc has been reset because of a faulty motherboard so all my source files are missing. Else i would have reuploaded it, under a new service

It looks like you may have already setup a secondary account. We are able to restore the service while the secondary account / service exist.

Can you confirm if you wish for us to remove the new ( setup 2/28/2025) and restore the previous that was terminated on 2/16/2025?

I have already recreated the website in the meantime so i guess its not necessary anymore
