Restoring Backup

I have a full system backup under my root foldr. How do I restore it?

go to the same place where you downloaded and just look on the right side there should be an upload box

Full backups can only be restored by the server admin. It requires root access to the server. On the other hand if you have a home directory backup then you can upload that from cpanel.
