I’m writing to kindly request assistance with restoring my free hosting account ( username = "ferranpr" which was recently suspended due to inactivity (exceeding the 45-day limit).

For many years, I’ve used this account to host teaching materials and live examples for my courses — primarily for adult learners and seniors learning digital skills and basic web concepts. Many of my students have even gone on to create their own accounts with x10Hosting after seeing how accessible and reliable the platform is.
Unfortunately, due to personal circumstances, I wasn’t able to access the account in time, and it was deactivated — along with years of accumulated content, exercises, and student projects. I completely understand the inactivity policy, but I would be immensely grateful if there were any possibility — even partial — of recovering the account or its files.
