Restoring my old database

I am trying to change hosts (to this host) from my old host.
I have an IPB site hosted.
I exported my database as told to by a quide and wanted to restore it to my new database, but I am getting an error:

pahoeho - At a first glance I would say that you double check all your settings in the cPanel MySQL section - especially make sure you have granted the user pahhoeho persmissions to the database gamel. It could be other things, but first double check all of your settings.
