Your overall design looks okay. I recommend making greater use of CSS and avoid table designs whenever possible. In addition, try to avoid using deprecated HTML tags such as font and switch to CSS instead.
In addition, your site looks incredibly similar to the hundreds of get rich quick scam sites I've seen out there with large red, bold, italics, underlined text and a single page website consisting of just an index page. Try changing your design and text to avoid such suspicion.
