A very nice site brother.
High speeds as well.
The main page looks clean neat and professional except for the font that takes away the seriousness in the site.
You may use capital letters instead of small or use italic with different font.
Regarding the main page:
This page has 11 external background images. Try combining them with CSS sprites.You must know that Decreasing the number of components on a page reduces the number of HTTP requests required to render the page, resulting in faster page loads. Some ways to reduce the number of components include: combine files, combine multiple scripts into one script, combine multiple CSS files into one style sheet, and use CSS Sprites and image maps.
