Review my Layouts

Hey whats up. well i make HTML websites and i was wondering if i can like get your feedback on how i can get better. the 1st two are old so i dont really care about those but the other ones are recent. They are HTML Layouts with Flash menus. Well thanx. Heres da link:

The layout is fine."copyright 2008 by Glamour Designs All Rights Reserved" is really hard to read in pink background.It would be nice if you could make your navigation bar a little more appealing.And the funny thing is that the layout which you kept for download is better than your current one lolz...

Your home page is a little hard on the eyes (wild colors), but your other layouts are quite nice. You might be able to increase search engine friendliness by using CSS for the menus instead of Flash. I didn't see anything that couldn't be done with some relatively simple CSS code.
