I think that it does look nice but if you want how many different people you can get to post, promote it through google and msn and more

A good site, you could do with changing the all the font from Times New Roman to something else though. You could improve the layout like Jesse said as well.

Create a button for links.
Correct the layout.
Don't use different color font.
Improve with many.
Good site.
