I like it. A couple things that I note:

• The latest shouts appear at the top of the shoutbox window. I don't know how normal that is. I'm accustomed to chat systems like that adding newer messages to the bottom.
• Certain symbols like / and \ and ' are displayed as \/ \\ and \'. It would probably be best to fix that.
• The About link goes nowhere... you probably know that already.

I got a popup window when I clicked About with a little bit of information.

Yes. It's AVIM (Avanced Vietnamese Input Method) because I'm vietnamese .
