Whoa, I see you have changed the template. I think there is a bit too much going on now. Also, the text is going all over the image for me (I am using FF3).

With the amount of text that you have, perhaps it'd help to define the boundaries between the sidebars and the main part a bit more? That way it's easier for the reader.

Also, the embedded video on the right is spilling out of the sidebar.

the website is little bit broader, i am using resoulution : 1024 x 768

The layout is nice, but I don't really like the header image. The site could also be better organized... It seems extremely cluttered.

I like the design, but I agree with the others that it is to cluttered. You should remove some of the stuff on there to simplify it.
