Brother,
are you using a ready-made website with these scripts?If so,it is a serious flaw to use a template which is certainly provided on the internet.
Even then you can correct it.The adsense skyscrapper on the right clearly shows that it is an ad as it does not mingle with the background.
Speed is so so..you can definitely improve on it as I can help you with the bugs..they are given below.
This page has 17 external Javascript scripts(Try combining them into one.),4 external stylesheets(Try combining them into one.)and 10 external background images.(Try combining them with CSS sprites.)
Then check for the speeds.You will be amazed.
