The banner needs to be re-fitted. It's outside of the border you have their and it doesn't look right. looks like a pretty simple blog site. The chat at the bottom of the page, was very random, I would suggest a button that directs to it, instead of having it at the end of the blog page. Also, your google search looks wrong, it should blend, not stand out. Overall, the site needs more effort and work put into it.

Ya as mike said the header goes out of the border. Its a simple blog site. The information you gave was nice. need to improve a lot on the design. about the chat system, i felt the users will not be much comfortable with it.
