Revoke suspension

Hi, my account is suspended. I admit that I uploaded a proxy script, but only for personal use. Is possible to revoke the suspension?

No, it is not possible to reverse the suspension. The rules outlining proxies are very clearly stated in the Terms of Service and whether it was for private or public use makes no difference to the status of the zero-tolerance violation.
Therefore, your account will remain suspended and you will not be allowed further access to any files nor databases attached to it.
