Solved

It seems the info is notice is little wrong/incorrect.

on page http://status.x10hosting.com/ its written
Update 1: Users with programs installed (Joomla, Drupal with SEO-friendly URLs) relying on Apache’s mod_rewrite have reported various issues. Also reported has been a fix, adding “RewriteRoot /” to their mod_rewrite-enabled public_html/.htaccess.

however its not RewriteRoot / but "RewriteBase /"

So just add RewriteBase / at the top of .htaccess and all things start operate magicallyyy....

Thanks bro, do say thanks if it wors for you,,,,,,
