root directory empty

I haven't been doing any work on my website for a couple of months and kept it from being suspended due to inactivity. When i recently logged into the control panel/file manager i discovered there are no files in the root directory. All gone, nada. I can still access phpAdmin and find that my databases are intact.
I do have a backup of my website, but this is useless if the server doesn't recognize my server space. Website name is http://rlgrafx.x10.bz
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, can you confirm if it's back to normal now? At a glance it looks like all the files were there, but due to an error in ownership most of them were owned by a user that didn't actually exist. After fixing that it looks like it's back up and running.
