Rquest for Account Deletion

Domain Name: chinmay.x10hosting.com

(X)...Can you plz delete the cpanel account, I am experiencing some problems in it and i want to re-create the account with same domain name

(I requested this earlier also, i received a mail that it has been deleted, and ticket has been closed, apparantly, this is not the case)
