Want to know why he sent that? Well, if you are scamming via e-mail or messenger for runescape, and Jagex catches you, you have to give everyones items back, and send an email saying that "I'm sorry, ignore my last emails, they were attempting to scam you."... Otherwise its legal action.

And money = paper trail that leads back to SOMEONE.

Should that lead to a bank, pending legal action, the bank themselves will trace it to whoever they can, cause THEY don't wanna be stuck footing a legal bill.

And if that traces back to you...Well, bend over and bring the KY I guess
