Rules, Ads, and other stuff?

Alright, I just signed up for free web hosting with a bypass code and I just have a few questions:

1. the text ad for the advanced plan, does it have to be at the top? if so, can you make an exception for me? I'd rather just put a large banner at the bottom, my pages won't be super big anyway so, the banners will be easy to see.

2. Am I allowed to link stuff on my site to other servers? I don't mean like I want to upload music and play it on my Xanga or something, I mean like I need to upload CSS files so I can "link" them to my forums that are hosted elsewhere, so the CSS can be used in a skin selector.

The text ad I do believe can be anywhere on the site as long as it is on every page that is viewable by the public. As to your second question as long as its not breaking the T.O.S. then its fine.

Yes, you can use the ad banner if you want and you may put that anyware on the page.
