run a mysqladmin-flush on the servers

WHen I try to use my quote script i get this error

Warning: mysql_pconnect(): Host '70.85.87.52' is blocked because of many connection errors. Unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts' in /home/nedren/public_html/chris/db.php on line 13
Couldn't connect to server.

As you can see im trying to connect from the business server to the free server and its not letting me

um this was happening to me once, can you post the code in the file you get that error at? because i fixed it when it happened to me...

I ran the flush command.

its for my quote script. and i was lazy and didn't want to ask nedren for a database. cause then i would of had to create a script to make the stuff
