RuneScape Private Server Hosting

Is it aloud to host a RuneScape private server on x10Hosting? RuneScape private servers are legal, as long as they don't interfere with Jagex's official servers.

Either way it would still be banned, unless the original developer provides utilities for private servers they are illegal. i know for a fact runescape is such a game. Games like ragnorok that do allow privated servers still suffer with high-resource useage anyway

edit: if you find a link ON JAGEX's site that says they are aloud then post it otherwise this is against the ToS

Runscape servers are illegal when used as private servers. It's against their TOS. if it wasn't, then yes, we'd allow it on vps.
