Runnng a little slow...

Tonite my website was running strangely slow for some reason..

Posts on my forum would take over a minute sometimes to register and the forum would occasionally run fast for a minute straight, then itd be unresponsive for a minute etc...

Even my FTP applet was having this problem...

Ive only been noticing these problems since you transferred my hosting plan to advanced.

just wondering why it might be doing that

(ps ill get the ads up on my site asap... I sent a pm to one of you admins requesting a little assistance)

ps heres the url to my vBulletin forums...

is it performing slow on your computers too?? (you might need to jump around forums in the forum for a few minutes straight to notice anything, as the slowdown kinda comes on and off for me)
