S.O.S!!!! Domain Unaccessible

Dear Admin,

I requested a change to my domain name using the "Modify Account" item in the Account menu.

My previous domain name was: http://kriminalklub.x10hosting.com/

I changed it to: http://kk.x10hosting.com/

Username: godling

Account type: Corporate Plan

Now my site is not accessible at all, and if I try with the old url, x10hosting tells me that there is no such subdomain.

Everytime I'm requesting this change, something or the other goes wrong.
I really need my domain to read: http://kk.x10hosting.com/

Please help.

I think it's doing this becuase somone eles alreddy has the domain kk.x10hosting.com.. Try changing it to somthing eles.. If that dosent work i'll change it for you.

got some bad news. It still isn't working when I changed it back to

http://kriminalklub.x10hosting.com/

Please help me out. I'm willing to accept any of the following two:

http://kk.x10hosting.com/

or

http://kriminalklub.x10hosting.com/

Whichever works.
