Says Suspended when Im not?

I think it'll make more sense if I show you the chat I had as I'm tired to explain it all over again.

I have taken care of it. You should be unsuspended now.

DNS thing maybe? Asking cause the link in the chat room quote takes me here: http://staff.x10hosting.com/suspended.page/

Definitely something wrong, but I'm curious what other than DNS would cause it to appear for some people but not others :S

Whats weird is the OP's site works fine if you head to http://cydinc.com - just not the forum part of it. Funky, but I've never seen the backend, nor do I have a clue how it works, so maybe it's not as funky as I think.

commonyd, check if your subdomain forum.cydinc.com appears in cPanel > Subdomains. If not, add it there.
