Screwed Up Website By Changing Domain

Hi, so I changed my domain from authorkamokronos.exofire.net/ to writersrealm.exofire.net/. I am using Joomla, and I didn't want my users to have to re-register and what not, but I found that everything didn't work. So, when I went to cPanel to uninstall then reinstall Joomla, but it said Login Attempt Failed.... So then I went to change my password, but it said I got suspended for using too many resources... I already posted the unsuspension request, but what I want to know is why can't I log into my cPanel?

During a suspension you can't login to cPanel.

Err... I wasn't suspended when I tried... I don't think... I can't remember now. Its weird though, because sometimes my password works, and other times it doesn't. (Not suspended).
