You can find a lot of great scripts for this at hotscripts.com. Some of them are free, you just have to sift around to find a free one. My favorite, and one I've employed with great success is HTML Rotate. And it is free. You can search for it on hotscripts, but the direct link to the website that offers it is:

It's great for rotating banners, however, it's great for displaying darn near anything! Lord, it's starting to sound like I own the product. lol. But if you want it, it's there. And if it doesn't seem like you, look around on hotscripts.com.
