'- You cannot install more than one script in the root directory of a domain.'
I get this message when I try installing the joomla. I deleted all the previous scripts Ive installed before and I still get this message. Can you help me fix this. If necessary you can reset my account. I don't need my previous files.

Thanks

Try installing joomla manually instead of via Fantastico/Softaculous

If that doesn't work, then the only way we can reset accounts is by deleting them and having you create a new one. If you want to do that, copy/paste the following in a reply and fill out the required info (bolded and in red for your convenience). Since this would be for recreating your account, we'd waive the normal 14-day waiting period and delete it straight-away. After it's deleted, you can sign up again by logging into http://x10hosting.com/control with your email address and password, and following the directions there to create a new hosting account.

The X also serves as my digital signature verifying that I have proper authorization to request account deletion of the account specified
