script installation problem

Dear support,
I am trying to install a script but this is the error message i received - "Could not select database gjsttt_affiltd : Incorrect database name 'gjsttt_affiltd '" I will appreciate your assistance.

Also i have directed my domain name to your server how do i access and upload an index.html file to it .

Have you created a database by the name of affiltd in cPanel?

You can upload your index.html file into the public_html folder or your addon domain folder. This can be done in cPanel File Manager.
