Things like vB, phpBB, any CMS (Joomla, Drupal, etc), any commercial or open source script - I have been doing this for years.

The amount of credits depend on the job - I will not charge a lot. I will try to charge less than anyone else. I will also install mods/plugins/extensions for forums, CMSes, and anything else.
I also can install extremely fast

It's sorta obvious when most illegal ones have "NULLED BY UNIX TURKY TEAM!!!" branded all over it.

Not always. there are quite a few releases that unless checked carefully you wouldn't know they're an illegal copy
