If you want a second site, use cPanel to add the domain as an "Add on Domain". The files will be stored in a subdirectory of public_html.
If you want a second name to point to your main domain and have the exact same contendts, use cPanel to add it as a "Parked Domain".
If you want a second name to point to your main domain and have the exact same contendts, use cPanel to add it as a "Parked Domain".
