Seems i cant do anything ... Help

ok account has now been unsuspended and i can see the main page again but im afraid it will be suspended again cos i cant change anything .
And what i mean with anything , what i mean is i cant even login to cPanel or whatever places i could .
Seems the only place i can do anything is in here in the forum , and not everything cos i couldnt even reopen the earlier post related to this all issue.
The error is simple "The username specified does not exist."
and cPanel says nothing at all i do login and it keeps trying to load the page for several time and nothing happens.
I clean the browser cookies , i tried several diferent types of browser and nothing , nothing works.

Should i make a new account and delete my other one?

Please help out if you guys can.

To login to the Account Management Panel use your forum username and password.
Try logging in to cPanel at http://stoli.x10hosting.com:2082

yeah it worked i loged in but nothing is showing
its a full white page

ok and now account management is working
strange thing lol

seem i cant get pass the loading page area :S
