Sending/Receiving E-mails Problem

I have this problem, whenver I send e-mails to other mail server such as Yahoo! and Google! My e-mail from my current e-mail joseph@sator.com which is currently being hosted on my free account on x10hosting, the e-mail was successfully send but the sent e-mail wasn't received by such servers. Why is it so? and vice versa. But whenever I send e-mail from joseph@sator.com to joseph@sator.com.. the email will be received. how will i fix this.? thanks!

Have you checked the spam/bulk email folders for Yahoo and Google?

yes, sometimes i can receive the e-mail but sometime i cannot.

a while ago, i tried to send from joseph@sator.com which is my email hosted by you, yes i've received the e-mail to my yahoo account but failed to receive the message from my yahoo account, although no error was generated by yahoo mailer bot. why is this happening?

do you think its in my ISP problem?

Google your ISP name and port 25. A lot of ISPs have blocked sending Email and make you use their servers.
