Hi, I have just redesigned my website and started to fill in content but I need help from any SEO guys n gals out there if possible...

I am a programmer and know nothing about optimising the content and text on my pages, keywords, etc...

I am not a seo expect either but on my attempt to optimize some sites of my own got these tips. From the way I see your site, You are doing great job.

But the only thing that I can comment on is your images. when loading over a slow internet connection, the user will have no idea what they mean especially your menu images. just like any other seo guy, i will recommend you make good use of the "alt" attribute and link it to the style sheet so that even if images are disallowed by the users browser, he can know what you mean
