Hi,
My forum is working fine but i want to install one script known as "ImPex" used to import data from other forums to vBulletin. After installation it gives an error "Connection to source server failed. Check username and password".
I am sure that x10 don't provide anyway to connect the database. I have putted the correct information in the files. I have also created the user in databases. Please help me i need help now.

Can you post the exact error message so that any staff can help you out fastly. Please be patient enough to get the support. Post the server on which your account is hosted as one of the servers had a problem yesterday.
