Dear Admins/Other Staff,
I recently joined x10hosting(I am on the cossacks server) and have noticed that my website + CPanel, etc, are in downtime 80% of the time. I know this is free hosting and you offer a large amount of webspace and bandwidth but you did advertise 99.9% uptime on average. Is the server going through some problems at the moment? Has it gone:nuts
