Server Always being Unavailable

I always have a problem with the server being down, it happens for hours at times. I am currently using a free account, but I doubt that just because its free my server would of sucked this badly.

Anyone have any idea? Thoughts?

Sometimes the servers can have downtime, but it shouldn't be that bad. What server are you on, and since when is this happening?

The server being down for hours at a time happens very rarely when we are doing upgrades to our servers. You may have just been unlucky and signed up while we were doing some upgrades.

The server uptime should be much better when all the software upgrades are smoothed out.
