Server as slow as a snail

I know that this is free hosting but it takes up to 10 minutes for 1 page to load. I know that free isn't supposed to be amazing but I also don't think that free means impossible to work with. Is there a reason for the server's being so slow?

its due to ununsed free hosting accounts being deleted "http://status.x10hosting.com/tagged/Free_Servers"
