Server Change Request

Hi,

I'm wishing to change my hosting accounts server from cossacks to the new one.

This is because the server I am on now seems to be going up and down VERY frequently, which my visitors are complaining about.

So if you can please move my accounts server.

We don't transfer accounts. What you can do is backup your files and then request an account termination at: http://forums.x10hosting.com/upgrades-downgrades-changes/.

Once your account is terminated, you can re-signup with the same details, and the account will be created in the new server. Then you can restore your backup.
